Upgrade costs

For registered users of Mezzo 4.5 software:

• The upgrade cost from version 4.5 is US$50 plus any applicable tax (TN residents). If you choose to have the v4.7 upgrade sent to you rather than downloading it, there will be an additional shipping charge ($10 for shipping in the USA / $50 for international shipping).

For registered users of Mezzo 4.0 ~ 4.2 software:

• The upgrade cost from any earlier version of Mezzo 4 is US$150 plus any applicable tax (TN residents). If you choose to have the v4.7 upgrade sent to you rather than downloading it, there will be an additional shipping charge ($10 for shipping in the USA / $50 for international shipping).

For registered users of Mezzo Generation 3 software:

• If you are an authorized user of Mezzo Generation 3 software, the upgrade cost is US$250 plus any applicable tax (TN residents). If you choose to have the v4.7 upgrade sent to you rather than downloading it, there will be an additional shipping charge ($10 for shipping in the USA / $50 for international shipping).

Due to an increase in international shipping prices, we have found it necessary to charge a flat rate of $50 for any international order that involves a physical shipment of goods. It is not our intention to make a profit off of shipping charges; therefore, we encourage our customers outside of the USA to download the v4.7 software installer & documentation from this website and then burn their own CD in order to save some money.

At the time of your order, please specify whether you will be downloading the upgrade from our website (thereby avoiding additional charges for materials, shipping and tax, if applicable) or whether you would like the CD shipped to you. Because of high demand, we cannot currently guarantee a rush shipment. CD shipments should arrive within 10 days.

All Mezzo 3 .x users who are upgrading should note that we now have an automated server that will allow you to register and authorize Mezzo any time of day worldwide. When your order is processed you will receive a NEW serial number for the upgraded copy of Mezzo and a secret PASSWORD via email – please do not lose this information, since BOTH are required in order to receive an authorization Response.
